Labor charges cover diagnostics and service only. If any replacement parts are needed, we’ll provide an upfront quote before any installation—ensuring transparency and no hidden fees.
Please note: Service on high-tech equipment (such as advanced diagnostic, Digital Refraction Systems, or Electronic Medical Records integration) is billed at a specialized rate of $250 per hour due to the complexity and expertise required.

Setting up a new exam lane has never been easier. At NextGen Ophthalmic, we offer a full-service exam lane installation for just $750 per lane, ensuring your equipment is professionally installed, calibrated, and ready for patient care.
Each install includes the setup of all core components: exam chair, stand, acuity system, slit lamp, Phoropter, and Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscope (BIO). We also handle placement and integration of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) chair movers and handheld instruments such as the ophthalmoscope, retinoscope, and transilluminator.
